BASA PROFESSIONAL LEARNING TOUR GLOBAL STUDENT LEADERS SUMMIT
Italy 9 days | July 2-10, 2017
To prepare today’s students for tomorrow’s world, it’s important to give them the skills necessary to compete in an increasingly interconnected global economy. To be competitive, students—and their teachers—must understand the world around them, from cultures and languages to economic and social systems. They must become globally competent. The best way to achieve this is by mastering today’s essential 21st century skills, including global awareness, problem solving, collaboration and critical thinking. Through global education, students will be better prepared for college and beyond. Through our partnership with EF Education, we are proud to offer an EF Professional Development Program to Italy, July 2-10, 2017. The program runs from Rome to Florence as an immersive tour experience finishing in Turin where you will join a delegation of leading United States educators having the opportunity to participate in workshops. Student observation as they collaborate in a 2 day design thinking program. (The Global Student Leadership Summit) is an additional highlight.
