Here is what your team will experience: • A Forecast 5 “MRI” of your District data on enrollment, assessment, and re- sources • Utilization of “strength finder” to evaluate your teammembers and enhance productivity • Support from ODE and Scholastic staff to connect resources with deficiencies • Identification of specific goals for the 2019-2020 school year • Valuable networking time with your team members Coordinate, collaborate, and develop an implementation plan for your district including the annual goals of the statewide strategic plan. Bring a district team of 5-10 members of your choice; may include administrators, teachers, Board members, and community members.
