Reminder: Complete the 2017-2018 Diabetes Survey by Dec. 31 The Ohio Department of Education is reminding districts to complete the 2017-2018 diabetes survey on the Department’s website by December 31. Ohio law requires each school district to report to the Department annually its school nurse data showing the number of students with diabetes enrolled in the district during the prior school year. Each district also must report the number of errors that occurred in administering diabetes medications to students during the same period. Looking for Superintendents Who Have Previously Worked as District CTOs COsN is compiling a list of current superintendents who have previously served as school district CTOs, CIOs, or Technology Directors before becoming superintendents. Our vision is that oncewe have compiled the listwemight onoccasion reachout to those superintendents for guidance and advice for other superintendents. We might also see if we can pull this special group together for coffee or a quick meeting at AASA_NCE and/or CoSN Annual Conferences.
