Consolidated School Report Deadline is November 30 Ohio Law requires all public school districts, including joint vocational school districts, to report annually on a specified set of data to the Ohio Department of Education through the Consolidated School Report Survey. This fall is the first time the Department has been required to collect the data in one data-collection tool. Districts must report data from the 2018-2019 school year through a survey in the Data Submissions Forms application within the OH|ID web portal . The data for collection includes training on these topics: use of physical restraint or seclusion; harassment, intimidation or bullying; cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and an automated external defibrillator (AED); compliance with nutritional standards; screening for hearing, vision, speech and communications, health or medical problems; developmental disorders; and policy for open enrollment within and between districts. The survey must be completed by Nov. 30, 2019. For additional information, visit the Department’s website . Registration Open for Ohio PBIS Showcase TheOhio PBIS Showcase is an opportunity for districts and schools implementing the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports framework to highlight best practices and talk about what works in Ohio schools. The event at the Dayton Convention Center runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It offers presentations, poster sessions and networking opportunities. The showcase also highlights Ohio’s bronze, silver and gold PBIS award winners for 2019. The target audience is district PBIS teams, school PBIS teams, PBIS coaches, school and district educators and administrators, and families and community partners who want to learn more about the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports framework.
