Some employees and appointees are also required to file statements:
State department directors, assistant directors, deputy directors, division chiefs, and employees of equivalent ranks; School district and ESC superintendents, treasurers, and business managers; Appointees to state boards and commissions; State college and university presidents; and Members of state college and university boards of trustees.

Deadlines
The main financial disclosure deadline is April 15 th .
Some filers have other deadlines—
Thirty (30) days before the first election at which the person’s name will appear on a ballot. Twenty (20) days before the first election at which the person’s name will appear on a ballot. Within fifteen (15) days after being sworn in to office.
