Candidates for all of these offices must also file disclosure statements.

Some employees and appointees are also required to file statements:

 State department directors, assistant directors, deputy directors, division chiefs, and employees of equivalent ranks;  School district and ESC superintendents, treasurers, and business managers;  Appointees to state boards and commissions;  State college and university presidents; and  Members of state college and university boards of trustees.

Deadlines

The main financial disclosure deadline is April 15 th .

Some filers have other deadlines—

Thirty (30) days before the first election at which the person’s name will appear on a ballot. Twenty (20) days before the first election at which the person’s name will appear on a ballot. Within fifteen (15) days after being sworn in to office.
